In this webinar, Neal and Atima covered the basics for launching a campaign and provided an overview of essential campaign skills like messaging and fundraising. These skills will be covered more deeply in the remaining four webinars.

Stefan Walker, Political Consultant, The Politics Store will be covering Campaign Operations 101. This course will give you a strong understanding of what is needed from an operations standpoint to run a winning political campaign. Stefan will cover what you need to know about hiring a campaign manager and what staff is necessary for your campaign. In addition, you will learn about the role of a field coordinator, the importance of having a volunteer coordinator, and what other staff (or volunteers) you may want to hire for your campaign. There will be plenty of time for asking all your questions related to campaign operations.
