July 24-27 (Grand Hyatt, Washington, DC)
NCIL is excited to open registration for our 2023 Annual Conference on Independent Living! The theme of NCIL’s 2023 Annual Conference (ncil.org/ncil2023) is INDIVISIBLE.
This summer, we will advocate together, unite as a movement, and fight against ableism and prejudice of all types.
We are bringing back NCIL’s iconic March and Rally. We will have many influential speakers and educational workshops. We’ll be making memories and making history. We hope you’ll join us.

Virtual Participation
We will livestream the Opening Plenary, Awards Luncheon, and Closing Plenary.
Workshops and main conference events will be recorded and posted to the conference website within approximately 48 hours.
This online archive will be available to all conference registrants. Additionally, this year, we are offering full online access to recorded and livestreamed content free of charge to the entire NCIL membership!
That means that Member CILs, SILCs, and organizations can provide virtual access to their entire staff for the cost of NCIL membership. For that reason, registration is not required for virtual participation – only NCIL membership!
With our new membership structure for organizations, member organizations can sign up any / all staff as NCIL Associate Members. This new member type includes free access to the membership platform, the ability to serve on NCIL committees, and discounted conference registration. Read more about how to access these benefits for your organization. Contact [email protected] for more information.
All content will be available at NCIL’s new Member Center (members.ncil.org) through the end of 2023 at minimum.
