The Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21) is a funding and authorization bill to govern United States federal transportation spending. As many of the funding parameters have changed from the previous transportation bill, ESPA presents MAP-21 – The “New” Section 5310 Program. This session will be presented by Gilbert Williams from the Office of Program Management, Federal Transit Administration.

In this session, Mr. Williams will discuss the 5310 program purpose, apportionment and available funding, eligible projects, eligible recipients and subrecipients, the role of the designated recipient, program requirements, mobility management and other provisions.

Note: Because registration and participation for this event will be very high, there will not be a live question and answer period during the webinar. Instead, questions will be accepted in advance for the presenter to address during the session. Please email any questions to [email protected] and put “MAP-21 Webinar” in the subject line.
